DE LA CONTABILIDAD. Los laboratorios que elaboren estupefacientes o sus preparaciones, llevarán una contabilidad detallada en la que consignarán las materias primas recibidas, los productos obtenidos y las salidas de éstas. Deberán, además, remitir mensualmente al Ministerio de Salud una relación juramentada del movimiento que comprenda las entradas, los productos elaborados, las mermas naturales por manipulaciones, muestras para análisis y las pérdidas justificadas, las salidas y las existencias.
