Compensación contractual. De conformidad con el artículo 24 de la Ley 643 de 2001, modificado por el artículo 60 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, cuando el monto de los derechos de explotación de un año contractual resulte inferior al valor absoluto pagado durante el año contractual inmediatamente anterior, el concesionario estará obligado al pago de la diferencia a título de compensación contractual. El CNJSA, expedirá el formulario para la declaración, liquidación y pago correspondiente.
