El defensor público deberá mantener personal y adecuadamente informado al representado sobre su situación jurídica y el desarrollode su defensa, con el fin de garantizar una relación de confianza basada en la comunicación permanente. En caso de no ser posible la comunicación personal se establecerá la comunicación por otros medios.
