I. El que sea sorprendido consumiendo o en posesión de sustancias que produzcan dependencia psíquica, en el interior de un escenario deportivo y con ocasión de un evento deportivo, será expulsado del escenario. El que con motivo o con ocasión de un evento deportivo porte sustancias que produzcan dependencia psíquica se le impedirá el ingreso al escenario deportivo.
