°. Testigos electorales . A los testigos electorales les asiste el derecho de acceder el día de las elecciones a los puestos de votación desde las 7:00 a.m., y pueden permanecer hasta cuando concluyan los escrutinios de mesa o mesas para las cuales estén acreditados. Para ingresar deberán identificarse con la cédula de ciudadanía y la respectiva credencial diligenciada y firmada por la autoridad electoral. La credencial de testigo electoral tiene el carácter de personal e intransferible.
