Art. 4.° Por la escritura de que trata el artículo anterior, no quedará cancelada la que asegura orijinariamente el crédito a que se refiera la próroga; pues la cancelación de cada una de esas escrituras será ordenada por acto separado, luego que se haya recibido en la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional la nueva que la reemplace, si estuviere arreglada a las prevenciones de este decreto.
