El Secretario del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, notificará personalmente el pliego de cargos al interesado, directamente o por comisión que se conferirá al respectivo Consejo Seccional donde ocurrieron los hechos. De no poder hacerse la notificación personal, se hará por edicto en los términos del Código Contencioso Administrativo. Si transcurrido el término de la notificación por edicto el inculpado no compareciere, se procederá a nombrarle un defensor de oficio, de las listas del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, con quien se continuará la actuación.
