Artículo primero. Hácense las siguientes traslaciones en el Presupuesto de Gastos vigente: MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y CREDITO PUBLICO MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO Capítulo 4° Del artículo 29. Para sueldos de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil y sus Delegados en los Departamentos, Visitadores, Registradurías Municipales y demás funcionarios del Ramo Electoral, inclusive la remuneración a que tengan derecho los miembros de la Corte Electoral, en el año $ 50.000.00 Suman los Contracréditos $ 50.000.00 Capítulo 3° Al artículo 28-A. Para dar cumplimiento al artículo 1° del Decreto legislativo número 999 de 1952 (abril 22), sobre damnificados pobres en los Departamentos de Antioquia, Boyacá y Tolima, a razón de $ 15.000.00 por cada uno de estos Departamentos $ 45.000.00 Al artículo 28-B. Para dar cumplimiento al artículo 2° del Decreto legislativo número 999 de 1952 (abril 22), sobre damnificados pobres por el incendio del edificio de las galerías de la ciudad de Neiva, ocurrido el 26 de febrero pasado 5.000.00 Suman los créditos $ 50.000.00
