Para la destinación de los recursos disponibles ente las distintas clases de obras previstas en el presente Decreto, dentro del cupo correspondiente a cada Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría, l Junta Directiva oirá el concepto de los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, y acordará con ellos los planes que respondan de la mejor manera a las necesidades peculiares de cada sección de país, la prelación que deba darse a las distintas clases de obras, según esas mismas necesidades peculiares, etc.
