Las asociaciones de carácter nacional de productores y distribuidores debidamente organizadas que estén funcionando en el territorio nacional, tienen derecho a elegir candidatos de la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República: Para los efectos de este artículo, el ministerio respectivo determinará con la debida oportunidad, cada año en que deba hacerse esta clase de elección, las entidades que tienen derecho a participar en ella.
