La sentencia del magistrado que imponga sanción de destitución será revisable por la Sala Disciplinaria a que se refiere el artículo 32, si así lo solicitare el empleado o su apoderado, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su notificación. La Sala decidirá en la forma y términos señalados en el artículo anterior.
