La autorización sanitaria de funcionamiento parte aire será otorgada a las fuentes fijas artificiales de contaminación del aire cuyas emisiones no sean superiores a las señaladas en el presente Decreto y canalicen sus emisiones por chimeneas cuya altura sea igual o superior a la señalada como mínima y reúna los requisitos señalados en el formulario de la solicitud.
