Tanto el Tribunal Nacional Ético de Archivística, como los Tribunales Regionales Éticos de Archivística y el Colegio Colombiano de Archivistas, en ejercicio de las atribuciones que les confiere la presente ley, cumplen una función pública, pero sus integrantes, por el solo hecho de serlo, no adquieren el carácter de funcionarios públicos.
