Los concejos municipales distritales podrán durante las vigencias 2021 y 2022 otorgar como incentivo para la reactivación del turismo en sus territorios, las reducciones en los impuestos territoriales a los contribuyentes que se encuentren clasificados como prestadores de servicios turísticos, de conformidad con lo previsto en la presente ley.
