ARTICULO 1 º . NATURALEZA. - El Fondo de Seguridad de la Rama Jurisdiccional creado por Decreto Legislativo No. 1855 de 1989, y adoptado como legislación permanente mediante Decreto No. 2273 de 1991, es un establecimiento público, adscrito al Ministerio de Justicia, dotado de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente, el cual se denominará "Fondo de Seguridad de la Rama Judicial y del Ministerio Público".
