TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.4.2.1.3. Asignación de los recursos. Los recursos de que trata el parágrafo transitorio del artículo 24 de la Ley 1607 de 2012 se asignarán entre las Instituciones de Educación Superior Públicas, de acuerdo con los siguientes porcentajes:

75% para las universidades públicas;

25% para colegios mayores, instituciones tecnológicas, instituciones universitarias o escuelas tecnológicas e instituciones técnicas profesionales, públicas.
