Art. 1.° Los Jefes i Oficiales de la Guardia colombiana o de las milicias de los Estados que prestaron sus servicios en el 4.° ejército, podrán suplir las listas de revista de que carezcan sus espedientes, para liquidación de ajustamientos, con certificaciones del señor Secretario jeneral del Estado Soberano de Bolívar, por haber fallecido el ciudadano Juan José Nieto, que fué Jeneral en jefe de ese ejército.
