Tendrá El Plantel Un Consejo Directivo Compuesto Del Director General De Instrucción Pública, Que Será Su Presidente Nato, La Directora, El Capellán, El Inspector Escolar De Bogotá Y Un Vocal Nombrado Por La Gobernación

"Articulo 2º Tendrá el plantel un Consejo Directivo compuesto del Director General de Instrucción Pública, que será su Presidente nato, la Directora, el Capellán, el Inspector Escolar de Bogotá y un Vocal nombrado por la Gobernación. Todos an honorem. "

Parágrafo 1

El Consejo elegirá de su seno un Vicepresidente, quien llenará las faltas accidentales del Presidente, y tendrá, además, las funciones de Ordenador exclusivo de los gastos de la Escuela "

Parágrafo 2

El Sindico tendrá voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones del Consejo.
