Los Contralores Distritales y Municipales de capitales de departamento, están gravados con el impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios en los mismos términos que establece el artículo 206, numeral 7 del Estatuto Tributario para los Alcaldes y Secretarios de Alcaldías de ciudades capitales de Departamentos.
