NEGACIÓN DE PASAJES Y VIÁTICOS POR HABILITACIÓN. Cuando un Oficial o Suboficial tenga que presentar exámenes de habilitación y se encuentre en una guarnición distinta de la sede de la Escuela o Unidad donde deban realizarse las pruebas, no tendrá derecho a pasajes ni viáticos.
