En la primera reunión que celebre el Tribunal Supremo de Aduanas después de la fecha del presente Decreto, los Magistrados asistentes a la misma harán una lista hasta de diez personas, las que, en su orden, servirán como Conjueces para el caso de que en un asunto determinado se halle impedido para actuar o decidir uno de los Jueces que forman el Tribunal.
