Parágrafo

s 2 y 5 del artículo 44 del Decreto 101 de 2000, los cuales quedarán así: "

Parágrafo 2

Las funciones que realiza la actual Superintendencia General de Puertos en materia de concesiones y demás actividades portuarias, salvo aquellas de inspección, control y vigilancia, se trasladarán al Ministerio de Transporte, acorde con lo contemplado en este decreto y con las que corresponden a la Supertransporte según lo previsto en este artículo." "

Parágrafo 5

La Aerocivil continuará ejerciendo las funciones de inspección y vigilancia que le asigna la ley, sin perjuicio de las funciones de inspección y vigilancia que también tiene la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte en los contratos de concesión en infraestructura aeroportuaria."
