Trabajos adicionales. Los aumentos de tarifa derivados de la realización de trabajos adicionales o de la modificación de los puntos de entrega o recibo de gas por orden de Ecogas, según se definen cada uno de tales conceptos en los respectivos contratos BOMT, serán asumidos en su totalidad por Ecogas.

Decreto 958 de 1998 · por el cual se aprueba el esquema y demás condiciones financieras de los pagos que la Empresa Colombiana de Gas -Ecogas, deberá hacer a la Empresa Colombiana de Pertóleos-Ecopetrol, en desarrollo de la escisión ordenada por la Ley 401 de 1997.
