Usufructo de acciones. El usufructo de las acciones nominativas se perfeccionará mediante su inscripción en el Libro de Registro de Acciones. El derecho de usufructo confiere al usufructuario todos los derechos inherentes a la calidad de accionistas excepción hecha de negociarlas o gravarlas y el de su reembolso al tiempo de la liquidación, a menos que las partes convengan otra cosa.
