º El régimen prestacional del Presidente de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, será el mismo que la empresa tiene establecido para el personal directivo, técnico y de confianza, distinto del que haya pactado o pacte en la Convención Colectiva de Trabajo, sin perjuicio de las prestaciones establecidas por la ley cuando ésta no las contemple y sin lugar a doble beneficio.
