Cuando con motivo de una visita sea necesario investigar operaciones finales o intermedias que las compañías vigiladas hayan realizado con personas o entidades no sometidas a la vigilancia, podrá el Superintendente exigir de éstas las informaciones pertinentes. Si requeridas rehúsan suministrarlas, el Superintendente les impondrá multas sucesivas hasta de cincuenta mil pesos.
