Iniciación de la prestación del servicio. El contrato señalará la fecha de iniciación de la prestación del servicio. El Ministerio de Minas Energía y el concesionario podrán modificar la fecha de iniciación cuando se presenten hechos o circunstancias que impidan iniciar la prestación del servicio en la fecha prevista.
