El trámite venta y control de los ejidos de que tratan los artículos 5° y 6° de esta ley, será el mismo que estableció para otros similares la Ley 76 de 1945 , en sus artículos 2°, 3°, 4°, 5° y 7°. No pueden adjudicarse baldíos en los terrenos ejidos de los Municipios.
