Art. 84. Cuando por haberse aumentado la demanda del jénero, o por cualquier otro motivo, considere un estanquero que no es bastante la cantidad del tabaco presupuesto para el abasto anual del cantón a su cargo, dará inmediatamente i con la debida anticipación, el aviso del caso al administrador del ramo para que por este se disponga una remisión estraordinaria si lo juzgare conveniente.
