Hasta los dos (2) días siguientes a aquel en el cual quede notifica, podrán las partes o el Ministerio Público pedir que la sentencia se aclare. La aclaración se hará por medio de auto que se notificará por estado al día siguiente de dictado y contra él no será admisible recurso alguno. En la misma forma se procederá cuando la aclaración sea denegada.
