Art. 1.° La suma hasta de $ 80,000, apropiada en la lei 62 de 1875 para ausiliar inmediatamente a las personas que quedaron sin recursos por consecuencia del terremoto de Cúcuta, se pondrá a disposición del Presidente del Estado de Santander para que sea distribuida conforme a los reglamentos que dicte sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

La inversion de las cantidades que se han anticipado por cuenta de los ochenta mil pesos espresados en el artículo anterior se comprobará del modo como lo haya determinado el Poder Ejecutivo del mismo Estado.
