Los Resguardos de las Aduanas quedaran encargados de proseguir el contrabando a las rentas de licores destilados de los Departamentos, en los sectores de la jurisdicción. EL Poder Ejecutivo reglamentara esta vigilancia, y queda autorizado aumentar el personal de los Resguardos y dotarlo de los elementos necesarios.
