Art. 55. Los administradores remitirán a la Direccion de la renta en todo el mes de Junio de cada año, un presupuesto del tabaco que consideren necesario con espresion de clases para el abasto de sus respectivas provincias en el próximo año económico, teniendo para ello en consideración el consumo que hubiere habido o las ventas hechas en el anterior, i las existencias que hayan quedado en los almacenes de la administración i oficinas con su respectiva dependencia.
