Para los efectos previstos en el presente decreto se considera que las asociaciones de coleccionistas de armas las personas jurídicas que tengan por fin propiciar la adquisición y tenencia de toda clase de aras de colección, fomentar su exhibición y procurar el mejoramiento de los museos existentes.
