Licencias de pesca. Las licencias de pesca comercial artesanal, comercial industrial, comercial exploratoria, comercial ornamental, de investigación, deportiva que expida la autoridad competente no podrán tener un plazo inferior a 10 años, sin perjuicio de las declaratorias de interdicción que pueda establecer en cualquier momento dicha autoridad.
