Artículo primero . A partir del 1º de abril de 1982 la parte del encaje legal de nueve y medio (9.5) puntos sobre los depósitos de ahorro de la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, de que trata el artículo 1º, literal b) del Decreto 708 de abril 12 de 1976, estará representada en cualesquiera de las siguientes operaciones

a)

Créditos de vivienda rural, con el fin de engrosar los recursos del Fondo de Vivienda Rural establecido por la Ley 20 de 1976;

b)

Créditos a los ahorradores de la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros, y

c)

Créditos para producción agrícola.
