En caso de incumplimiento de una operación en el mercado público de valores, la respectiva Bolsa hará efectivas, conforme a las reglas que la rigen y siguiendo para el efecto el procedimiento previsto en sus reglamentos, las garantías otorgadas. Lo dispuesto en este artículo se aplicará igualmente cuando la entidad que otorgó la garantía sea objeto de un proceso liquidatorio o concursal.
