Facúltese al Gobierno para acuñar monedas de oro en las Casas de Moneda de Bogotá y Medellín, cuando a su juicio sea conveniente para satisfacer las necesidades de la circulación. Esta acuñación la hará también el Gobierno a los particulares que lo soliciten, cargando por el trabajo únicamente el costo.
