ARTICULO 87. Descanso remunerado por lactancia. Las empleadas del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional tienen derecho a una (1) hora diaria para amamantar a su hijo, durante los primeros seis (6) meses de edad, tiempo que puede ser ampliado previo concepto del médico respectivo. Este período no se descontará de la asignación mensual.
