Afiliación oficiosa de beneficiarios. Cuando una persona cumpla la condición para ser afiliado beneficiario y el cotizante se niegue a su inscripción dentro del núcleo familiar, la persona directamente o las comisarías de familia o los defensores de familia o las personerías municipales en su defecto, podrán realizar el registro en el Sistema de Afiliación Transaccional y la inscripción en la EPS del cotizante, aportando los documentos respectivos que prueban la calidad de beneficiario.

Parágrafo

Hasta tanto entre en operación el Sistema de Afiliación Transaccional, la afiliación oficiosa se hará directamente ante la EPS.
