Adiciónese el numeral 9 al artículo 110 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el cual quedará así:

"9. Inversiones en sociedades especializadas en depósitos y pagos electrónicos. Las sociedades de servicios financieros podrán participar en el capital de sociedades especializadas en depósitos y pagos electrónicos, para lo cual les serán aplicables en lo pertinente, las demás disposiciones que regulen esta materia y los lineamientos que para el efecto establezca el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público".
