El mismo día último de cada mes, se hará por separado un vale en el cual justificará el Habilitado la suma líquida á favor de los Jefes y Oficiales que hayan permanecido en el Hospital. Con tal fin, los Jefes de Estado Mayor, los de Batallón ó Compañía pasarán en el mismo día, la relación nominal respectiva, expresando el tiempo durante el cual cada Jefe ú oficial ha devengado hospitalidades.
