Artículo único. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que traslade el Consulado de la Unión en Tusa, á cualquiera otro punto del Ecuador, vecino á la frontera colombiana, que crea más adecuado para la vigilancia del comercio entre los dos países, á efecto de evitar el contrabando.
