Normas de control. A las contribuciones especiales de que tratan los artículos 11, 12 y 15 de la Ley 6a de 1992, les son aplicables en lo pertinente, las normas que regulan los procesos de determinación, discusión, cobro y sanción contemplados en el Estatuto Tributario y su control estará cargo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
