ARTICULO 2.2.1.3.3 .- CRITERIOS PARA DETERMINAR EL MONTO Y CARACTERISTICAS DE LA INVERSION OBLIGATORIA. En ejercicio de las facultades de que trata el artículo 2.4.6.3.2. del presente estatuto, la Junta Monetaria tendrá en cuenta los siguientes criterios

La asignación de un volumen suficiente de recursos financieros hacia el sector agropecuario, de acuerdo con las metas de crecimiento contempladas en los planes de desarrollo económico;

La conservación del equilibrio financiero de Finagro, y

La preservación de la solvencia y liquidez de las entidades financieras obligadas a efectuar las inversiones en Títulos de Desarrollo Agropecuario. CAPITULO IV. INVERSIONES EN INMUEBLES (TITULO MODIFICADO POR: ART 8, DECRETO 2815 DE 1991)
