Los beneficiarios de los subsidios familiares de vivienda otorgados por el Gobierno Nacional mantendrán los valores de las variables de habitabilidad obtenidos de la encuesta del Sistema de Identificación de Potenciales Beneficiarios de Programas Sociales (Sisbén) que tenían al momento de la asignación del subsidio, durante los diez (10) años siguientes al registro de la adquisición de la vivienda en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos.
