ARTICULO 3.8.5.1.- REGLAMENTO DE ADMINISTRACION DEL FONDO. La junta directiva de cada fondo expedirá un reglamento de administración en el que principalmente se indicará el procedimiento técnico para forma y fechas periódicas en que se hará la liquidación y distribución o reinversión de los rendimientos del fondo. Dicho reglamento será previamente aprobado por el Director del Departamento Nacional de Cooperativas lo mismo que cualquier reforma que se le introduzca.
