Art. 14. La introducción á la Intendencia de brandy, ron y demás licores espirituosos, tanto nacionales como extranjeros, puede ejercerse libremente, pero causarán un derecho de tres centavos en oro por cada botella de sesenta y cinco centilitros de brandy y demás licores extranjeros; de dos centavos cada botella de ron, y de un centavo cada botella de alcohol, aguardiente ó sus compuestos.
