Para efectos de establecer la diferencia de remuneración a que tiene derecho el personal docente, con arreglo al artículo anterior, se tomará como base la asignación básica fijada para los empleos o categorías que los maestros hubieran desempeñado u ocupado hasta el 30 de abril de 1978.
