Precio del terreno. El precio del terreno estará determinado por el avalúo catastral, vigente en el momento en que se otorgue la respectiva licencia de construcción, más los costos de las obras de adecuación para las instalaciones hoteleras y los impuestos de valorización causados hasta la fecha en que se expida la licencia de funcionamiento. Si el valor del terreno en las declaraciones de renta es superior al avalúo catastral, se tomará el valor declarado.
